Welcome to Sheriff Flow. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sheriff Flow platform, operated by Sheriff Flow (Pty) Ltd. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Sheriff Flow provides a technology platform for sheriff office discovery, service-area mapping, and service-of-process workflow coordination. The platform helps users identify the relevant sheriff office, prepare and send case-related documents, and track case and work progress updates on-platform.
Sheriff Flow is not a courier or delivery carrier. Courier collection and delivery services are provided by third-party partners where applicable. We do not provide legal advice or guarantee legal outcomes, sheriff acceptance, or service timing. Users remain responsible for ensuring that submitted documents and instructions are legally compliant and correct.
Courier collection and delivery services are fulfilled by third-party courier partners, and online payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Sheriff Flow coordinates these services through the platform but does not operate courier services or control third-party systems, availability, routing outcomes, or processing times.
Where Sheriff Flow services involve third-party providers, your use of those services may also be subject to applicable third-party terms and policies.
To request cancellation, contact us at info@sheriffflow.com within 24 hours of placing the order and before courier collection begins.
Sheriff office and service-area information is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may change without notice. While Sheriff Flow works to keep this information current, we do not warrant that all sheriff details, jurisdiction mappings, or contact information are always complete, accurate, or up to date.
Sheriff Flow is not liable for losses, delays, failed service, or additional costs arising from incorrect, outdated, or changed sheriff data, including updates not yet reflected on the platform.
We may use third-party service providers to host, operate, secure, support, and improve the platform. By using Sheriff Flow, you acknowledge that relevant personal and operational data may be processed by such providers on our behalf, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
All platform content, software, workflows, designs, trademarks, and related intellectual property are owned by Sheriff Flow or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the platform or any part of it, except as expressly permitted in writing.
Unauthorised access, automated extraction, imitation, or commercial exploitation of the platform may result in suspension, termination, and legal action.
Sheriff Flow is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of our services.
We are not liable for any loss, delay, error, or consequence arising from your use of the platform, including sheriff matching outcomes, service-area mapping outcomes, workflow or status tracking outcomes, third-party courier performance, or service of process outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business interruption, reputational harm, or legal implications related to submitted documents and process execution.
Sheriff Flow complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We collect only the personal data necessary to provide our services and do not share your information with third parties unless required by law or with your consent. By using our platform, you consent to our collection and use of your data in line with these terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform, without prior notice, if:

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at info@sheriffflow.com for informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate court under South African jurisdiction, and South African law will apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
