Welcome to Sheriff Flow. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sheriff Flow platform, operated by Sheriff Flow (Pty) Ltd and licensed by RSOP CoACtion Catalyst (Pty) Ltd. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Sheriff Flow provides a technology platform that facilitates the delivery of legal documents to sheriffs. We do not offer legal advice or guarantee any legal outcome, sheriff acceptance, or timing of service. The user is responsible for ensuring documents are legally compliant.
To cancel an order, you must notify us via email at info@sheriffflow.com within 24 hours of placing the order and before the document is collected by a courier.
Sheriff Flow is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of our services.
We are not liable for any loss, delay, error, or consequence arising from your use of the platform, including failure of delivery or service of process. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business interruption, reputational harm, or legal implications related to document delivery.
Sheriff Flow complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We collect only the personal data necessary to provide our services and do not share your information with third parties unless required by law or with your consent. By using our platform, you consent to our collection and use of your data in line with these terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform, without prior notice, if:

Violation of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and legal action.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at info@sheriffflow.com for informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate court under South African jurisdiction, and South African law will apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
